Abstract:
We consider a suitable weak solution to the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations in the space-time cylinder tex2html_wrap_inline6. Let tex2html_wrap_inline8 be the set of singular points for this solution and tex2html_wrap_inline10. For a given open subset tex2html_wrap_inline12 and for a given moment of time tex2html_wrap_inline14, we obtain an upper bound for the number of points of the set tex2html_wrap_inline16.
