The period February 16 - March 2, 2001 will be a period of concentration on the mechanics of complex solids at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences, Leipzig, Germany.
An international workshop on <link internal>Variational methods beyond the elastic threshold will take place on February 18-20, 2001.
