The Mathematics Lab at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences (MPI MIS) in Leipzig is looking for a student assistant to support its activities starting April 2025.

Responsibilities
You will support:
- operational tasks during assigned hours at MPI MIS
- mathematics and AI research projects
- 3D modeling, printing, and other visualization activities
- occasional scientific and community outreach events
- website maintenance and content creation
Additional Information
Initial Appointment, Possible Extension & Wage rate
The position will start with a three-month introductory phase, with the possibility of an extension based on mutual interest and performance.
Wage rate (from 1st Apr 2025): 13,80 EUR per hour for Bachelor students and 14,40 EUR per hour for Master students.
