Research interests

I am interested in Computational Commuative Algebra with a view towards applications. I am interested in syzygies of ideals, the implicitization problem and more recently algebraic statistics. I have also worked on the study of the rigidity of rod and pinion frameworks through the Illinois Geometry Lab.
