We adapt Witten's method and the analytic arguments of Parker and Taubes to structures on orientable 4-dimensional manifolds. This yields a Positive Mass Theorem for spacelike hypersurfaces in 5-dimensional Lorentzian manifolds, which includes electromagnetic fields. We also prove an analogous one for 4-dimensional Lorentzian manifolds.
