Organizational Information
How to get from the station / hotel "Bielefelder Hof" to ZiF by Public transportation:
Tram:
The tram/subway stop is located on the right hand side of the hotel "Bielefelder Hof".
You will soon notice the entrance of the subway: A triangular glass dome and a blue sign with the white letter "U" on it. Please purchase a ticket (short distance, price bracket K BI, single fare 1,70 EUR - multiple ticket, four rides, 6 EUR), take subway/tram No. 4, direction 'Lohmannshof' and leave the tram at the stop 'Bueltmannshof'. From there it is a 10-15 min. walk uphill to the ZiF.
Bus:
From the bus station 'Bahnhof' take bus no. 61 or 62 (Bahnhof/ZOB, Halle) and get off at the stop 'Uni/Stud.-Wohnheim'. From there it is a 5-min. walk to the ZiF. Tickets can also be purchased on the bus (20 cent more).
Taxis:
Taxis are waiting in front of the station. The ride from the station to the ZiF costs approx. 16 EUR.

Covid test center on the University Campus
You can get tested at the testing centre on the university campus, (Universitaetsstr., entrance Mensa, tram stop ‘Wellensiek’) - location see attached map. The centre is open between 7 am and 3 pm (Mo – Fr). You need to register online to get an appointment. Click the red button "Termin buchen >", choose "Bürgertest | kostenfrei | PoC-Antigentest" and select date and time (Datum + Uhrzeit).
A testing centre near the hotel ‘Bielefelder Hof’ is located at the shopping mall ‘Loom’, Bahnhofstr. 28, first floor (9 am – 6 pm). You also need to register online to get an appointment. Choose "Bürgertest | kostenfrei | PoC-Antigentest" and select date and time (Datum + Uhrzeit).
