Positive representations and limits of Hilbert metrics

Abstract
In this talk we present convergence results for Hilbert metrics associated to diverging sequences of SL(3,R) Hitchin representations of a closed surface group. This uses work of Xenia Flamm, Luca de Rosa and Didac Martinez Granado.
