Welcome to the third Dresden-Leipzig gathering which serves as a follow-up to the 1st and the 2nd MPI (Dresden + Leipzig) Day!

This informal event brings together math groups from MPI CBG in Dresden and the Nonlinear Algebra group at MPI MiS in Leipzig for general-topic talks, open discussions, and collaborative brainstorming. We aim to exchange ideas across our groups, highlight ongoing work, and explore fresh directions for future projects. After the presentations, we’ll set aside time for interactive sessions where participants can connect, sketch new ideas, and spark potential collaborations.
