A recent paper by Felix Otto, Markus Tempelmayr, Pablo Linares, and Pavlos Tsatsoulis
presents a new approach to solve a class of stochastic partial differential equations. The results are published in "Inventiones mathematicae".

MPI MiS, the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences, will launch a new Emmy Noether Group on "Noise in Convection: Modelling and Analysis" led by Theresa Lange. The group investigates the interplay between randomness and convection in fluid flows. For this work, we are looking for a PhD Student.
