Geometric and topological methods for the analysis of data in biology, neurobiology and other fields

Abstract

Many data can be organized as networks, or more generally, as simplicial complexes or hypercomplexes, possibly weighted and/or directed.

We develop mathematical tools to analyze such structures systematically.

This is a continuation of the course from the last term, but newcomers are welcome, and the material will be organized accordingly.
