The publication culture within mathematics has changed so much due to the rise of repositories such as ArXiV (www.arxiv.org) that we are encouraging all institute members to make their preprints available there. A fully nonlinear conformal flow on locally conformally flat manifolds

Abstract
We study a fully nonlinear flow for conformal metrics. The long-time existence and the sequential convergence of flow will be established for locally conformally flat manifolds. As an application, we solve the $\sigma_k$-Yamabe problem for locally conformal flat manifolds when $k \neq n/2$.
