The publication culture within mathematics has changed so much due to the rise of repositories such as ArXiV (www.arxiv.org) that we are encouraging all institute members to make their preprints available there. Abstract
Walker manifolds of signature (2,2) provide examples of Osserman and of conformal Osserman manifolds. We study questions of geodesic completeness and Ricci blowup in this context.
