Abstract

In a recent article, Grunewald, Otto, Villani and Westdickenberg have devised a new method to study the convergence of interacting continuous spin systems to a deterministic scaling limit. In this talk, I shall show how to use their results and technique to study the behavior of the microscopic entropy in this scaling limit, and obtain convergence in a stronger sense than the one obtained in [GOVW], extending results of Kosygina to a more general setting.
