Decreasing order of polynomial basis algorithm in wavelet representation theory

Abstract
In the first part, a brief introduction of wavelet theory as well as representation of functions in wavelet and scaling basis will be presented. Then I will explain my ideas about decreasing order for polynomial basis algorithm: goal and construction and I will finish with few numerical results.
