Heat kernel upper bounds for interacting particle systems

We show an optimal upper bound for the transition probability of a tagged particle in the symmetric exclusion process. This provides a first step towards the proof of a quenched invariance principle for the walk of the tagged particle. This talk is based on a joint work with Yu Gu and Jean-Christophe Mourrat.
