Abstract

We construct cmc immersions of annular type spanning a pair of oriented rectifiable Jordan curves by solving an appropriate volume-constrained Douglas Problem. We focus on the case where the boundary curves are circles. In particular, we show that solutions of large volume become spherical. There is a bubbling off phenomena.
