Abstract

In this talk, we will explore how certain well-known hyperbolic phenomena admit less rigid analogues within the moduli space of Riemannian surfaces that support a hyperbolic structure. Specifically, we will examine the rigidity of length spectra in Riemannian surfaces and investigate how Basmajian-like behavior emerges when Riemannian structures are normalized by their volume entropy—a metric invariant that will serve as a measure of their hyperbolicity.
