Abstract

Real, complex, and tropical algebraic geometry join forces in a new branch of mathematical physics called positive geometry. We discuss the positive geometry of del Pezzo surfaces and their moduli spaces, with focus on the Weyl group action, scattering equations, and canonical forms. Our favorite surface is a plaster model from Felix Klein's collection at Leipzig University.
