Queer in Math Day 2025

This one-day conference serves to show-case the work of queer mathematicians, as well as providing safer space for networking and exchanging advice and experiences. The scientific program is meant to be accessible to a broad mathematical audience.

While this event aims to focus on being queer in math, everyone is welcome to attend and learn. As some of the topics of discussion may be sensitive, we ask everyone to be kind and respectful and to help us keep this event safe for all participants.

Confirmed Speakers:

  • silviana amethyst (MPI of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Dresden)
  • Matthew Cordes (Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh)
  • Rosa Preiß (TU Berlin)
  • Katrin Wehrheim (University of California, Berkeley)

More information on the program will follow shortly.
