My name is Angélica Torres. I am a postdoc at the Department of Mathematics in KTH Royal Institute of Technology. I finished my PhD at the University of Copenhagen, where I worked on chemical reaction networks under the supervision of Elisenda Feliu.
I have a background in algebraic geometry, and I am interested in applications! I have projects on chemical reaction networks, and more recently in Algebraic Vision. In september 2022, I will join the Mathematical Biology group at Centre de Recerca Matemàtica (Barcelona) as a postdoc.
Besides math, I enjoy dancing salsa, hiking, and cooking.
